Goat Milk Butter
1qt. Cream
Salt.

Set milk in a wide mouth container to let milk rise to the surface.  Skim cream off container of milk everyday till you get enough cream.  Use an ice cold whisk, and beat the cream till the butter separates from milk, keeping the mix very cool, the butter will start to collect onto the whisk.  When you have beaten out all the milk, take the white mass of butter, and squeeze it into a container under clean running water, gradually squeezing out the remaining milk.  When the water runs clear, your butter is ready for the salt.  Kneed in the salt to the butter, work into your butter mold and refrigerate.  If you want your butter to be yellow, add food coloring, or alternative natural food dye. (turmeric).
