Hard cheese has just gotten easier. Based on an early 1800s cheese press design, our press is made to handle small and large molds.  Able to press even a small two pound wheel up to a large 15 pound wheel of cheese. Just hang your weights and let gravity to do the work for you. Included are instructions for assembly, and with four types of hard cheeses.
