Herd health is a priority, we ELISA CAE test the whole herd blood test annually (WSU).  We maintain a closed herd and get our show fix through appraisals done at our farm. 

We guarantee the health of the kid and milker you choose to take home.

Cheese Press
 Hard cheese has just gotten easier. Based on an early 1800s cheese press design, our press is made to handle small and large molds. Just hang your weights and let gravity to do the work for you. Included are instructions for assembly, and recipes for four types of hard cheeses. The cheese press arrives flat, easy to assemble,  *Molds & weights are not included.
