A happy blend of Nubian, Saanen with a dash of Alpine, Daphne is our soft spoken, lean-mean cookie eater. Large stature and heavy milking lines make her a lovely addition to our homestead. All her kids will be registered American Nubian.

Herd health is a priority, we ELISA CAE test colostrum on each doe that freshens here (PAVL), and whole herd blood test annually (PAVL/WSU). We maintain a closed herd and get our show fix through appraisals done at our farm.

We guaranttee the health of the kid and milker you choose to take home. They leave with their papers

I feed alfalfa pellets, whole grains, mostly oats, top dressed with BOSS for the added fat and oil. The milkers get free choice Golden Blend Goat Mineral, baking soda and peanut hay for additional calcium and protein. Bo-se(Selenium)shots are given twice a year to the adults, and kids are given the shots at birth. Due to our high iron content of the land we also copper bolus the adults.

All of our kids are hand raised on CAE prevention. All births are attended, with kids being raised on heat treated CAE neg. colostrum. Raising goats in our hot and humid weather gives me a chance to take extra care in cocci prevention and worming.

Milky Way comes from a Nationally renowned Dairy herd. She has a soft flashy black coat, super long legs, and big brown eyes. We are proud to own another Faithful Farm dairy goat, Thank you!
