Ever want to learn how to make cheese? In our Dairy Day class learn about all the dairy products you can make from goat milk, from chevre, feta, yogurt, and more! Great for those who have a small herd themselves, who want to learn more about homestead dairying, or who want to make affordable dairy products at home they can finally enjoy. From milking your own dairy goat by hand to milk handling procefures, then finally into those products we know and love, making cheese at home is easy and we show you how. |

Learn to milk a goat and then make soft cheeses, mozzarella, and more. All materials provided.
Classes are by private instruction, please email to schedule a day and time. The classes generally last around four hours or longer. Classes start in Februrary, and end in October, when we will be closed for the season. There are no age limits, all materials provided.
